It became known that U. L. approached the police, stating that from February to June 2025, S. N., having gained trust, deceitfully took possession of ten electric vehicles on Isakeyeva Street in Bishkek.
The suspect promised to sell the cars and return the money; however, neither the cars nor the funds have been returned to date. After that, he went into hiding, and the total damage was estimated at $260,000.
A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational-search activities, employees of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs detained S. N., born in 2002. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
