A citizen, U.L., filed a complaint with the police, demanding action against S.N. This information was disclosed by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the October District.
According to the applicant, from February to June 2025, on Isakeyeva Street in Bishkek, S.N. acquired 10 electric cars by fraudulently gaining trust.
He promised to return the money and sell the cars; however, to this day, neither the cars nor the money have been returned, after which the man disappeared.
The total amount of damage reached 260 thousand dollars.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During investigative actions and operational measures, S.N., born in 2002, was detained.
He was taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
