According to law enforcement data, on March 9, 2026, A. T. approached the local department with a statement. He reported that on the same day his black Mercedes-Benz was unlawfully taken from Elebesov Street by unknown individuals.
In connection with the incident, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk district initiated a criminal case under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the theft of motor vehicles.
During operational search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspect – B. R., born in 1991. He was detained and taken to the investigative service, and then placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
