On January 14, 2026, M. M. contacted the internal affairs authorities, stating that on January 11, his white Kia K5 was stolen from a paint shop on Almatinskaya Street. Unknown individuals fled the scene.
Based on this information, a criminal case was initiated under Article 211 "Theft of a Motor Vehicle" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify the suspects - D. A. (born in 2004) and L. N. (born in 1995). They were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
The vehicle was found and returned to its lawful owner.
