The victim claims that in February 2026, on Baityk Baatyra Street, the perpetrator deceitfully took his money amounting to 4.1 million soms under the pretext of creating a joint business.
As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement officials identified the suspect, born in 1997, and detained him. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
