The situation in India has become critical: citizens are rushing to gas stations in search of gasoline and diesel fuel due to a sharp shortage. According to The Times of India, fuel supplies have been depleted in several states of the country.

Despite this, authorities assure that there is no issue with supply. They believe that the fuel shortage is solely caused by panic and a sudden increase in demand.

Experts have previously pointed out that the closure of the Strait of Hormuz could negatively affect countries that depend on oil imports from this region, including China, India, Japan, and South Korea. In particular, India imports oil from Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
