The reason for the incident is a debt
As a result of the investigation into the video showing a man chained in Dordoi, a suspect has been detained. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek.
A video appeared on social media where specialists were using a grinder to cut the chain. The author of the recording claimed that it was the man's wife who had chained him.
This incident was recorded in accordance with Article 169 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the cause of the incident was a financial debt.
As part of the investigative measures, a citizen identified as I.U., born in 1971, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
