As a result of the investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, facts of financing criminal activities of organized groups and legalization of income obtained illegally were revealed.
As a result of these activities, the 'Druzhba' recreation center, located in the village of Kuturgu in the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region, was returned to state ownership through the State Agency for Management of State Property. It occupies 4.5 hectares and includes 16 well-equipped cottages, sports grounds, a football field, and a restaurant.
