According to information provided by the Forest Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan, the republic is beginning active development of a national nursery system in collaboration with South Korea.

As part of the new initiative, it is planned to construct modern nurseries and greenhouses within the country, as well as to plant deciduous and coniferous seedlings taking into account the climatic conditions of various regions. In addition, Kyrgyz forestry specialists will be sent to Korea for further education, and training events are also planned.

It is expected that the nurseries created under this project will become a source of quality seedlings for the regions, which will help implement the national initiative "Zhasyl Murass" and significantly expand opportunities for creating artificial forests.

It is also specified that the project plans to create three forest nurseries and carry out tree planting on 300 hectares of the State Forest Fund.
