Within the framework of the Assembly, a new project from Kyrgyzstan was presented and approved, titled "Expansion of the Seed Base and Creation of a Modern Nursery Complex in Kyrgyzstan to Support the National Initiative 'Zhasyl Muras'," with a budget of $1.3 million.

Among the key tasks of this project are:

- the formation of a seed base for the collection and preservation of the best seeds of priority tree species;

- the establishment of a modern nursery complex in the city of Manas for the production of quality seedlings;

- active involvement of local communities and improvement of living conditions for the population;

"The implementation of this project will strengthen the potential of the Forest Service, develop modern seed and nursery infrastructure, and contribute to the realization of the national initiative 'Zhasyl Muras,' aimed at increasing forested areas and combating climate change in Kyrgyzstan," the message notes.
