On November 19, an incident occurred in Bishkek when an ambulance was unable to reach a child suffering from epilepsy due to closed gates at his home.

The boy's mother, Burul Kazybaeva, living at 154 Moskovskaya Street, told 24.kg that her child's temperature had risen to 39–39.5 °C.

“We called an ambulance, but the crew could not enter the premises due to the remote-controlled gates,” she explained.

The mother also noted that she did not have the remote control for the gates and was unable to obtain it from the homeowners' association.

“Because of this, it took about half an hour for the ambulance to get into the yard. I repeatedly contacted the city hall, the Akimat of the Pervomaisky district, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and called 102, but help did not arrive on time. I also sent a request to the head of the Pervomaisky district police department, but did not receive an adequate response,” she added.

This case has raised significant concern among local residents and highlighted an important issue regarding access for emergency services to closed residential complexes.
