Recent training sessions for the staff of "Manas" airport were organized with the aim of teaching them skills for working with passengers with disabilities. The classes focused on issues of safe accompaniment, proper communication, and creating accessible infrastructure at the airport. This was reported by the organization "Union of People with Disabilities 'Equality'".

During the training, the staff became familiar with the procedures necessary for assisting with the boarding and disembarking of passengers, as well as the use of specialized equipment, such as narrow onboard chairs and ambulifts. Participants were informed about the correct actions in emergency situations, including evacuation.

Additionally, a separate part of the training was dedicated to etiquette: employees were explained which phrases and actions to avoid, how to respect the personal boundaries of passengers, and how to respond appropriately to delicate situations.

The training covered the entire journey of the passenger—from entering the terminal to boarding the aircraft. These training sessions are aimed at creating a more accessible and comfortable atmosphere for all travelers.
