In the Kyrgyz Republic, new labor payment conditions have been introduced for workers involved in the implementation of projects funded by international organizations and donor countries.

This decision aims to improve the payment system within the framework of state investments and technical assistance. The adjustments pertain to projects carried out through the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the new regulation, basic salaries have now been established for workers on these projects, and various allowances have been provided.
In particular, additional payments are provided for work on multiple projects: 15% for two projects, 20% for three, and 25% for four or more projects based on the basic salary. Additional payments will also be provided for experience in international projects: 10% for experience from three to five years and 20% for experience of more than five years.

The executive bodies responsible for the projects are required to withhold income tax monthly and transfer social contributions in accordance with the current tax and social legislation of the country.

The previous regulation, adopted on July 12, 2022, has been revoked. The new rules will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
