
The audit also covered the staffing situation in medical institutions, including the completeness of staffing, working conditions, and the application of additional payments. The analysis found that the shortage of personnel and the presence of vacant positions negatively affect the accessibility of medical services.
As part of the audit, deficiencies were also identified in the accounting of medicines and medical devices, as well as in bookkeeping and the reflection of accounts receivable. Recommendations were provided to address the identified issues.
Additionally, according to the Law "On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024," an amended budget for the ministry was approved, and the budget execution at the end of the year amounted to over 93 percent.
The results of the audit are aimed at improving the management of budgetary funds in the healthcare sector, enhancing financial discipline, and more effective use of resources.
