Attending the ceremony were State Secretary Arslan Koichiev, Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy Mirbek Mambetaliev, as well as historians, government representatives, and students.
Arslan Koichiev emphasized the importance of passing down the ideas and principles of serving the people that Abdrakhmanov advocated from generation to generation.
The Minister of Culture noted that Jusup Abdrakhmanov viewed public service as a serious responsibility to the people, and his life serves as an example for current and future civil servants.
Additionally, in honor of the 125th anniversary of Abdrakhmanov's birth, the creation of a feature film titled "Jusup" and a historical series "Kara Kyrgyz" is planned. A course titled "Introduction to Abdrakhmanov" has also been developed at the Academy of Public Administration under the President.
As part of the event, a floral garland was laid at the monument of Jusup Abdrakhmanov.
