In this year, the ministry accomplished the following key tasks:
— extensive reconstruction work was carried out at the international airport "Manas";
— a new terminal complex was built at the international airport "Osh";
— a resort complex "Ala-Too Resort" was constructed in the Issyk-Kul region;
— a children's entertainment and play center "Balastan" was implemented in Talas;
— large-scale reconstruction work was conducted for the first time at the "Manas Ordo" complex.
The Ministry also initiated reforms aimed at optimizing the provision of services to citizens and improving the execution of work. In 2025, a department of engineering surveys was established to strengthen state control in the field of engineering surveys.
Branches of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush" were opened in Talas and the Osh region, which allowed for expanded access to design and construction services in these areas.
Construction of 16 administrative buildings for architecture departments began across the republic, five of which have already been put into operation.
The southern branch of the Institute of Seismic Resistant Construction was opened in the Osh region, and a branch of the Certification Center was launched in Cholpon-Ata.
Furthermore, to reduce bureaucratic obstacles, the process of obtaining permits has been simplified, which fully aligns with the president's strategy for the debureaucratization of public administration.
