In a press release from the ministry, it is stated that the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control is working on the legalization of a multi-apartment residential building that was constructed in violation of the law.
“Ernazarbek Suerkulov, the director of the department, held a meeting with the residents of the 12-story building located on Suymbaeva Street in Bishkek and handed over the compliance act necessary for the commissioning of the facility,” the statement says.
It is noted that this residential complex was built by OsOO "Pegas Ala-Too" without adhering to the necessary standards and could not be put into operation for a long time. This created problems for the residents, who were unable to formalize their rights to their apartments and faced difficulties in obtaining the necessary documents for the property.
