Testing and vaccination are voluntary
In Kyrgyzstan, citizens who are planning to change their driver's licenses can access free and voluntary testing for hepatitis B and C, as well as for HIV infection. This testing is conducted as part of a medical examination to obtain a certificate of form No. 083.
The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that this initiative is aimed at the prevention of infectious diseases and early detection of viral infections. Testing is carried out in official medical institutions, including family medicine centers, where the hepatitis B vaccine can also be obtained.
Key points:
Participation in testing and vaccination is completely voluntary.
The results of the tests will not affect the process of obtaining a driver's license.
All tests are conducted using sterile disposable materials, which minimizes the risk of infection during the procedure.
Citizens are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to care for their health, as well as for the timely detection and prevention of serious diseases.
According to experts, the implementation of such measures is in line with international practices for infection prevention and aims to improve the health safety of the population.
