Tolgonai was born in 1993 in the village of Birinchi Mai, located in the Bakai-Ata district of the Talas region. Currently, she works as a realtor in a construction company that conducts its business in Arabic and English. Her main clients are Arabs, Indians, and Iranians.
“I came to Dubai with the aim of earning money, so I am not tied to just one company. In addition, I work as an accountant at a modeling school, as my appearance suits this field. At the beginning of my stay in the new country, it was difficult due to the language barrier. I advise my compatriots who want to move here to learn the language in advance. Many of them end up taking low-paying jobs in the service sector, but knowing English opens doors to higher positions. Currently, I speak three languages: Kyrgyz, Russian, and English,” Tolgonai shared.
She also shared her impressions of the differences between Kyrgyzstan and the United Arab Emirates.
“In Kyrgyzstan, the air is much cleaner, and nature is incredibly beautiful. In Dubai, although it is very hot, all the necessary conditions for living are created, and salaries here are quite high. It is also worth noting that if you leave your belongings somewhere, they will remain in place because no one will touch them. You hardly encounter drunk or homeless people on the streets. Here, the laws really work,” she added.
Tolgonai graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with a degree in accounting and taxation.
She has seven siblings.
“My main task is to help clients buy or sell real estate correctly at the right time and at a reasonable price. My company is one of the first in the UAE to closely cooperate with the Dubai Land Department. I have been working as a luxury real estate expert in this company for three years,” Tolgonai noted.
