According to the document, all anniversary events will have national status. The organizing committee is required to develop and approve a plan of activities dedicated to this significant event by March 31, 2026, which will celebrate the life and work of the renowned writer, humanist, philosopher, and statesman, Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic, and people's writer Chinghiz Aitmatov.
The Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy will be responsible for ensuring the organizational, methodological, and other activities of the committee.
This order comes into effect upon its signing.
