On the air of Birinchi Radio, Meerim Iskakova, head of the PR department of the state institution "Kyzmat," announced the transition of public services from offline to online format.
She noted that over the past year, the population service centers (PSC) provided nearly 4 million services, of which about 500 thousand were delivered in electronic format.
Iskakova also reminded that the institution "Kyzmat" was established a year ago by presidential decree on the basis of the state enterprise "Infocom" and the Department of Population Registration, with the aim of unifying the functions of citizen documentation and digitization in the IT sphere.
Among the most popular services is the online queue: over the past year, approximately 3.5 million visits were reserved through this system, allowing citizens to plan their visits to the PSC in advance.
In addition, a new service was implemented that allows users to register in the electronic queue without being tied to their place of registration, so citizens can choose any PSC that is convenient for them. Users can see the number of people waiting in real-time and, if necessary, select another center.
Iskakova urged citizens, especially large families, to ensure the relevance of their data to ensure quality service delivery. If some documents are missing from the registry in the system, they can be digitized through the "Tündük" service.
If a document does not appear in the application, it is necessary to fill out the required fields, specify the district for obtaining the document, attach a photo of it, and send it for review. After verification, the data will be entered into the system and will appear in "Tündük" within a few days.
According to Iskakova, online services are in high demand, especially services such as ID card exchange and online registration, which have been operational for over a year. In 2025, the online registration service was used 186 thousand times.
She also added that there are strict requirements for the quality of photographs for online ID passport exchange, as users take the photos themselves, which sometimes results in some photographs not passing the verification.
