Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic has implemented an online system for distributing agricultural subsidies

An automated information system called the Unified System for Providing State Subsidies for Seed Production Enterprises (AIS Subsidy) has been launched in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.

The system was developed by the state institution AgroSmart and operates within the Department for the Expertise of Agricultural Crops and Horticulture.

The main goal of AIS Subsidy is to digitize processes related to the submission, review, and accounting of applications for state subsidies, as well as to monitor the movement of seeds and control their targeted use.

According to the ministry, this system helps increase the transparency of procedures, minimize corruption risks, and create analytical reporting in real-time.

The main functions of the system include:

online registration and identification of users with clear access rights differentiation;

submission and management of electronic applications with automatic verification of entered data;

electronic document flow using electronic digital signatures;

conducting online meetings of commissions with the formation and signing of electronic protocols;

monitoring the movement of seeds, including logistics and interregional supplies;

creating electronic acts on the targeted use of seeds with photo and GPS documentation;

a centralized electronic archive and the ability to generate analytical reports.

The ministry emphasizes that the introduction of this system is aimed at optimizing the distribution of state subsidies and strengthening control over the use of seed material.
