
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the launch of a new "Unified System for Accounting and Registration of Breeding Farms and Artificial Insemination Points," developed by the Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Service.
This system will be used for accepting applications in an online format, which will allow for assigning, confirming, and changing the status of breeding farms. The issuance of electronic certificates is also provided, simplifying the process for farmers.
The creation of a unified electronic register of breeding farms and artificial insemination points will ensure current, reliable, and accessible information, which is extremely important for all industry participants.
Moreover, the automated information system is aimed at improving the productive qualities of animals raised in the country, allowing livestock breeders to access services of artificial insemination points and breeding semen of various productivity directions.
The system also includes the development of a unified digital platform for breeding entities, which will promote the implementation of modern digital solutions in the industry, enhancing its efficiency and competitiveness.
