According to information published on February 16 on the website of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, aspects of cooperation in the field of electric power were discussed. The main focus was on issues related to the Upper Naryn Cascade of Hydroelectric Power Plants project. The participants outlined a plan for further actions within the framework of the project and expressed their intention to continue working together.
Topics of bilateral cooperation concerning the formation of an industry order for the fuel and energy complex were also raised.

Alexey Yuryevich Shirshov, born in 1976 in Kyrgyzstan, is known as the financial director of OJSC "Severelektro" and previously held the same position at OJSC "Electric Stations" until December 2007.
