The update of the "Single Window" service centers is planned.
In 2026, the National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan (NESC) intends to construct ten modern administrative buildings in four regions of the country, as reported by the joint-stock company.
The new facilities will be located in the following settlements:
• Southern RES (Bishkek);
• Kalmatov Electric Network Section (Talas region);
• Kyrgyz-Ata Electric Network Section (Osh region);
• Tashirov Electric Network Section (Osh region);
• Tepe-Kurgan Electric Network Section (Osh region);
• Kok-Zhar Electric Network Section (Osh region);
• Kerben Electric Network Section (Jalal-Abad region);
• Uch-Terek Electric Network Section (Jalal-Abad region);
• Khalmion Electric Network Section (Batken region);
• Buzhum Electric Network Section (Batken region).
One of the key features of the new buildings will be the presence of modern dispatch and remote centers.
To enhance the quality of customer service, digital electricity accounting technologies will be implemented with full integration into the system of the joint-stock company "NESC of Kyrgyzstan".
In addition, the "Single Window" service centers will also undergo updates: they will be equipped with an electronic queue system and all necessary amenities for visitors.
