Akzholtoeva, informed Kaktus.media that the residents of house No. 176 on Abdrahmanov Street regularly face violations of the "Noise Law" by the pub "Munchen" (Munchen PUB), located at: Abdrahmanov Street, 170v (5th floor of the "MOTO" business center).They are appealing to the city hall and government institutions to take action against the pub's administration and ensure compliance with the rules regarding the timing of noisy events in residential areas.

The police department of the Pervomaisky district of the capital informed Kaktus.media that law enforcement regularly conducts raids on entertainment establishments; however, the responsibility for drafting protocols for violations of the noise law lies with the city's Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance."Police officers have visited 'Munchen Pub' 5-6 times and held explanatory talks with its administration," the police stated.In turn, the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center reported that after receiving an order from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, an unscheduled inspection of the "Munchen" pub was organized.
"Preventive explanatory work was carried out on-site," the center added.

The administration of "Munchen Pub" considers the complaints of local residents to be unfounded, as they live more than 100 meters away from the "MOTO" business center."This is the first time we are facing such complaints. Our establishment operates in strict accordance with the law. We tried to resolve the conflict peacefully and through negotiations, but despite this, this citizen appealed to municipal authorities, and we were imposed an unjustified administrative fine. We are confident that we do not violate established norms and cannot cause inconvenience to residents. We do not understand the basis of her claims," the establishment commented.
