Marlen Mamataliyev, the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, recently held a meeting with participants of the World Youth Assembly and representatives of the charitable foundations "As-Safa" and "Isar".

At this event, many projects and issues related to charitable activities were discussed. The speaker expressed gratitude to the organizations for their contribution to the development of social infrastructure and the improvement of living conditions for the population.

Nevertheless, Mamataliyev emphasized that there is a problem of insufficient coordination between government bodies and charitable foundations. He noted that often the same project is implemented simultaneously, leading to situations where two FAPs (Field Ambulance Points) are built in one village, while such facilities are absent in other areas.

The speaker highlighted the need for a systematic approach, where charitable organizations and government structures would interact harmoniously rather than duplicate their efforts.

In addition, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh actively collaborate with foundations, implementing various social projects in the regions. In this regard, Mamataliyev called for a unified coordination system to avoid fragmentation in their work.

Representatives of charitable organizations supported the speaker's ideas and expressed their readiness for joint work. They also mentioned the problems they face on the ground, including bureaucratic obstacles: some constructed medical facilities cannot be put into operation, and in certain villages, there are difficulties in obtaining permits for the construction of social institutions.

In response, Marlen Mamataliyev assured those present that the parliament is ready to establish direct cooperation with the foundations and facilitate the prompt resolution of emerging issues.
