Athletes will compete in 43 disciplines, including national games, horse racing, equestrian competitions, various types of wrestling, traditional intellectual games, archery, and national hunting with falcons and dogs.
In addition, Kazybek Moldazhiyev added that the Kyrgyzstan national team is already actively preparing for the upcoming Games.
The opening ceremony of the WNG - 2026 is scheduled for August 31 at the under-construction stadium in Bishkek. On September 1, participants will be transported to Issyk-Kul, and the sports competitions will begin on September 2.
