The football club "Andijan" from Uzbekistan risks facing repressive measures from FIFA due to financial problems arising with the former head coach.
According to available information, Russian coach Alexander Khomyakov did not receive part of his salary and compensation after the termination of his contract with the club. At the same time, "Andijan" signed a new contract with another coach without concluding its relationship with Khomyakov.
The coach filed a complaint with FIFA, which demanded that the club pay the debt. If "Andijan" does not comply with this requirement, it may face a ban on registering new players.
Despite the potential sanctions, the team maintains its lead in the Uzbekistan championship and continues to be one of the main contenders for the title this season.
