The athlete from Kyrgyzstan, Ernazar Akmataliev, is currently ranked third in the world according to United World Wrestling (UWW).
At the World Championship held in Croatia in 2025, the 25-year-old wrestler won a bronze medal in the 70-kilogram category.
This award allowed Akmataliev to earn enough points to secure the third position in the UWW ranking.
At the end of February, the athlete plans to participate in a ranking tournament that will take place in Albania.
It is worth noting that at the end of 2025, Akmataliev was in fifth place in the same UWW ranking.
