The forum in Berlin became a platform for signing a number of documents aimed at deepening cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Germany.

The initiative for the event was taken by the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The opening of the Business Council meeting took place with the participation of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, and the Honorary Consul of Kyrgyzstan in Hamburg, Karl Elerding, who noted the growing interest of businesses in new joint projects and the need to strengthen ties in the fields of economy, education, and technology.

The Director of the National Investment Agency, Ravshanbek Sabirov, emphasized that the current period is favorable for strategic investments in Kyrgyzstan. He noted that the country has risen from 68th to 22nd place in the ranking of public-private partnerships, forming a portfolio of 90 projects worth over 434 billion soms. Sabirov also stated that the updated laws on investments and PPP provide one of the most modern legal frameworks for investors in Central Asia. In the near future, a law on venture financing will be considered, which will open new horizons for innovative solutions. He invited German high-tech companies to engage in active cooperation.

During the panel discussions, participants agreed on developing cooperation in areas such as dual education based on the German model, organized labor migration, energy solutions, "green" technologies, information technology, agriculture, and medicine.

The forum became a significant event for strengthening economic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Germany, as well as for developing ties between the business communities of these countries.
