At the meeting of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums on November 30, several fines were imposed on candidates and citizens.

According to Shabdan Kayipov, an expert from the legal department of the CEC, on November 29, a signal was received from the candidate for multi-mandate district No. 20, Oyatullo Mukhidinov. He reported the dissemination by N. Amirbekov in messengers of an audio message claiming that Temirlan Aitiev would provide residents with a transformer in the coming days.

In his appeal, Amirbekov urges: "Support me, so I won't be ashamed later."

Temirlan Aitiev, in turn, stated at the working group meeting that he had no relation to these messages. Furthermore, law enforcement agencies refused to initiate a criminal case against Aitiev, as no elements of a crime were identified. As a result, the CEC decided to impose a fine of 7,500 soms on Amirbekov.

Fines of 12,500 soms were also imposed on T. Junkeeva and A. Omorov, who made negative remarks about the candidate for multi-mandate district No. 28, Arslanbek Maliev. As reported by the candidate's campaign manager, Raimbek Mamajanov, these individuals disseminated compromising audio messages, claiming: "He is not a Muslim, he preaches Tengrism," and also reminded about his promise to ban dawa.

At the meeting, Junkeeva and Omorov admitted their guilt and agreed to the imposition of the fine.

The candidate for deputy from multi-mandate district No. 9, Sardarbek Daut Akhunov, was also fined 7,500 soms. According to social media monitoring, on November 29, he conducted campaigning in a venue where sports events were taking place, which is a violation of the law. The candidate confirmed the fact of campaigning.

Additionally, a fine of 7,500 soms was imposed on Jaiylobai Nyshanov, a candidate from multi-mandate district No. 15, for using images of foreign politicians and government officials in his campaign materials, which is also prohibited, as noted by CEC expert Azamat Zakirov.

Alisher Khajiev, a representative of the advertising company "Reklamny Mir," also received a fine of 7,500 soms. Zakirov reported that a video was submitted to the CEC meeting showing how on November 29 at 18:00, campaign materials for the candidate from district No. 24, Arafat Ismailov, appeared on LED screens at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Gogol. Khajiev explained this as a technical malfunction, taking responsibility for the incident.

A fine of 7,500 soms was also imposed on Rysgul Akimzhanov, a candidate from multi-mandate district No. 19. On November 30, a complaint was received by the CEC from D. Tynybek uulu, who indicated that on November 29, after 08:00, when the day of silence had already begun, campaign material for the candidate was posted, although campaigning should cease 24 hours before voting.

The candidate's representative explained that he accidentally shared a post marked in the stories. He is ready to take responsibility.

CEC member Abdyjapar Bekmatov reminded that candidates are responsible for the actions of their representatives.
