This information was announced by the mayor during a meeting with residents of the village of Zhany-Maal.
On December 4, the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, announced the start of a renovation program in this village.
Zhany-Maal became part of the city in 2024 as a result of an administrative-territorial reform.
According to the mayor, the renovation plans include the demolition of old buildings, where new multi-story and private houses, as well as a school, kindergarten, clinic, mosque, and park will be constructed.
Currently, the population of Zhany-Maal is about 4,000 people.
It is worth noting that similar renovation plans also exist for the capital. This has been mentioned several times by the Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev and the mayor of Bishkek Aibek Junushaliev.
