Zhyldyzkan Dzholdoshova, who is a candidate for electoral district No. 8, has filed a cassation appeal with the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic in response to the decision of the Bishkek Administrative Court regarding the deputy mandate. The press service of the Supreme Court confirmed this information to Kaktus.media.

The hearing for the case is scheduled for 15:00 on December 16.

A similar appeal has also been filed by Yrgal Kadyralieva, a candidate for district No. 9, who expressed disagreement with the decision of the Bishkek Administrative Court. The hearing for her claim will take place on December 16 at 14:00.

We remind you that during the voting, Dzholdoshova received the highest number of votes and was supposed to enter the parliament through the women's quota. However, the district electoral commission identified violations at polling stations No. 5514 and 5249, which led to the annulment of their results. As a result, instead of Dzholdoshova, Torobekova Nurzhamal Tursunalievna is entering the Jogorku Kenesh by the decision of the Central Election Commission.

Dzholdoshova filed a lawsuit in the Bishkek Administrative Court demanding the annulment of the Central Election Commission's resolution No. 190, which altered the election results, but the court denied her claims.

Additionally, the candidate for district No. 26, Eldar Abakirov, is also contesting the Central Election Commission's decision regarding the election results.
