Protocol signed by two CEC members.
It is worth noting that Abakirov filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court of Bishkek, challenging the CEC's decision on the election results and accusing voter bribery in the district.
In his lawsuit, he stated that the CEC did not take into account the legal assessment of his statement regarding the facts of bribery that were presented earlier. He also noted that Nurlan Sharshenaliev, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, confessed to distributing 460,000 soms to voters in the district with the aim of bribing their votes in support of candidate Mederbek Sakkaraev.
The lawsuit also mentions that at the final meeting, the CEC did not provide a legal assessment of the fact that Sakkaraev had already received a warning for violations of electoral legislation related to voter bribery, according to the CEC decision of November 20, 2025.
Thus, two violations of election legislation concerning vote bribery have been recorded against Sakkaraev.
The plaintiff demands in his lawsuit:
- to recognize and annul the CEC decision of December 8, 2025, No. 1524 as illegal;
- to recognize and annul points 2 and 3 of the CEC resolution of December 8, 2025, No. 189, concerning the determination of election results in district No. 26, namely:
- to declare the voting results for candidate Mederbek Sakkaraev invalid across all polling stations;
- to annul point 3 of the CEC resolution recognizing Sakkaraev as elected deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh for district No. 26.
