The winners are the following candidates:
- Akaev Janarbek Kubanychovich – 13,856 votes (9.73%);
- Primov Ulan Berdibaevich – 11,009 votes (7.74%);
- Torobekova Nurjamal Tursunalievna – 3,145 votes (2.21%);
In an interview with Kaktus.media, Joldoshova noted that the district election commission annulled the voting results at polling stations No. 5249 and No. 5514 without the candidates' knowledge.
The Central Election Commission reported that a total of eight complaints were filed during the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 8. Each of them was reviewed, and written responses were provided. All decisions were recorded in the register of complaints and violations of the CEC.
Based on the protocol of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the CEC recognized the elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate district No. 8 as valid, in accordance with the current electoral legislation. The resolution has not yet been published.
The CEC also confirmed that the elections were successfully held in districts No. 6, No. 9, and No. 29. Thus, the voting results have been approved in all districts except for district No. 13, where repeat elections will be held. The decisions made by the CEC can be appealed in court.
At the same time, 87 deputies will take the oath.
