According to Azylov, the facts of bribery and financing of campaign activities not from the electoral fund have been confirmed by members of the headquarters, who provided relevant materials to law enforcement agencies.
Azylov also mentioned that he received money for campaigning amounting to 19,500 soms, which did not come from the electoral fund. These funds were intended for organizing meetings in Kara-Balta. Additionally, he mentioned two transfers of 10,000 soms each from individuals associated with Esenamanova's headquarters, namely from Umut and Talantbek Karagulov.
Ayjan Chynybayeva, another candidate for deputy, previously filed a complaint regarding actions related to bribery, demanding an investigation into the violations of electoral legislation in Kyrgyzstan.
She noted: "According to the available information, Cholpon Esenamanova committed violations of electoral legislation, including bribing voters. Citizen Umut may have been involved in recruiting and gathering people to distribute funds for the purpose of buying votes. Taalaybek Azylov, Esenamanova's trusted representative, also participated in the distribution of these funds."
Chynybayeva also cited additional violations that she believes are related to other members of Esenamanova's headquarters.
The Central Election Commission has already confirmed the results of the early elections for district No. 17, recognizing them as valid. Esenamanova was among the winners of the elections:
