Kamchybek Tashiev called for not rushing to criticize the parliament

An audio recording of a conversation between the head of the GKNB and his son has appeared on social media.

Kamchybek Tashiev, head of the State Committee for National Security, urged the public not to rush to criticize the new composition of the Jogorku Kenesh, which began its work the day before. This was reported by journalist Nurgazy Anarkulov on social media.

Immediately after the first session of parliament, discussions began regarding its composition and the procedure for deputies taking their oaths.

Nurgazy Anarkulov addressed Tashiev with questions on this matter, considering that he had previously not commented on the results of the extraordinary elections held on November 30.

Instead of a traditional response, Tashiev suggested sharing an audio recording of his conversation with his son Tai-Muras, which was made accidentally. According to him, this approach could serve as a lesson for those who rush to make harsh judgments.

“There’s no need to rush to criticize. Who knows what this parliament will become in the future? Perhaps some of the current young deputies, who are being laughed at, will turn out to be the initiators of serious reforms,” he noted, wishing the deputies success in their activities.
