
The incident occurred when a 66-year-old woman, who works as a teacher at school No. 38, fell into a pit on the excavated sidewalk. The victim was on her way to work early in the morning, during dark hours, which led to her misfortune.
In response to the incident, the city hall conducted explanatory work with representatives of "Gazspetsmontazh," emphasizing the necessity of adhering to safety regulations when carrying out such work, including the installation of lighting and barriers.

However, despite the warnings, the workers excavated the sidewalk without providing the necessary lighting and warning tapes.
As a result, for violating traffic safety regulations, the company was fined 23,000 soms and issued an order to install barriers and lighting to protect citizens.
