Ibraev, head of the RECCA group in Kyrgyzstan, and expert on biotourism and monitoring A. Davletbakov. Also present were T. Joroev, director of the Surmatash State Nature Reserve, reserve staff, local deputies, residents, and representatives of the district administration.
Important issues concerning the management of SPNAs, biodiversity conservation, as well as the development of biotourism and environmental monitoring were discussed at the seminar.
