Beknazar Bazaraliev reported that the new elevated bridges will be located at the intersection of Masaliev and Lenin streets, as well as across the Ak-Buura River to the old market. This will significantly ease access to the new central market.
The completion of construction is scheduled for 2028.Deputy Kunduzbek Su laymanov asked about the possibility of lowering the interest rate on loans.
In response, Bazaraliev stated that international organizations are changing their approach to financing Kyrgyzstan.
“They are gradually planning to stop issuing grants, and loans that were previously provided at a rate of 2.5% may become even more expensive. However, when we proposed co-financing, they agreed to lower the rate and provided a grace period. It is possible that there will be no more such projects in the future,” he emphasized.
Committee members unanimously approved the proposed bill after discussion.
