On December 24, a meeting took place where the Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, Meder Tumanov, discussed current issues with the trade representative of Azerbaijan for Central Asian countries, Samed Gasanov. During the discussion, aspects of the implementation of agreements reached at the 6th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission, which took place on December 8, 2025, in Baku, were considered.
As a result of the meeting, the parties developed plans for further development of bilateral cooperation, including increasing trade volumes, expanding industrial interaction, and activating the work of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
