At the beginning of the negotiations, the Prime Minister congratulated Deputy Prime Minister Gankhuya Khassuuri and Minister Kozlov on the successful holding of the 27th meeting of the Mongolian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economy, and Science, which took place in the capital of Mongolia.
The parties noted that the lack of direct flights between Ulaanbaatar and Moscow negatively affects both personal exchanges between citizens and bilateral trade and economic ties. In this regard, they agreed on the need for joint efforts to restore air communication.
At the end of the meeting, Zandanshatar expressed hope for active cooperation in the implementation of the Protocol signed following the 27th meeting of the commission, which should lead to concrete results in the future.
