The Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Daniyar Amangeldiev, reported that all of the country's requests for the supply of fuel and lubricants (F&L) have been fully satisfied by Russia. According to him, there have been no issues with the supplies.

Additionally, during the negotiations, the parties signed an indicative balance for 2026, which provides for an increase in supply volumes.

Amangeldiev noted that due to the development of the economy and the growing needs of Kyrgyzstan for F&L, Russia has fulfilled all requests by 100%. Previously, Kyrgyzstan submitted a request for additional supplies at a preferential rate, in accordance with bilateral agreements that allow Russia to supply 1.2 million tons of F&L to the country annually without tariffs.

The Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan has also been negotiating regarding duty-free fuel supplies for the next year.
