In Kara-Kul, a price check on essential products, including meat and coal, was conducted.

According to information, the raid was organized at one of the major markets in the city to monitor food security and track prices for the specified goods.

The event involved the Deputy Mayor Manas Abdykalykov and representatives from various government agencies, including the city police department, the State National Security Committee, the tax inspection, as well as the sanitary-epidemiological and veterinary services.

During the inspection, special attention was paid to essential goods — meat and coal. Conversations were held with the sellers, during which the following were checked:

- sanitary conditions of the products;

- storage conditions;

- expiration dates;

- availability of necessary permits;

- compliance with trading rules.

Sellers who were found to have violations were informed about the necessity of complying with the legislation and were also engaged in discussions about the inadmissibility of unjustified price increases on products.

Inspections in Kara-Kul will continue in the future.

Additionally, the Deputy Mayor instructed to place traders offering goods at reduced prices in areas with high customer traffic, as well as to relocate some sellers operating outside the market into the trading zone.
