Transfer of land for the State National Security Service, local self-government, the procedure for reserving places in cemeteries, and the title of "Honorary Citizen" — what else did the deputies discuss in Kara-Kul

The deputies of the Kara-Kul City Council discussed important issues at the session on December 25.

During the session, Deputy Mayor Manas Abdykalykov and Council Chairman Chyngyz Kimsanov acknowledged the contributions of citizens by presenting the badge "Mykty Insan" to the chairman of the trade union organization of the Toktogul Hydroelectric Cascade, Talaybek Mamyrbekov, and a Certificate of Honor to the leading specialist of the Population Service Center, Ulkar Dalbaeva.

Twenty deputies participated in the meeting and considered the following issues:

- reports from permanent commissions;

- transfer of 3.5 kilometers of asphalt road and 0.5 kilometers of Charyginov Street to municipal ownership;

- transfer of a land plot on Lenin Street with an area of 617.10 square meters to the State Tax Service;

- creation of a commission for selecting grant projects;

- awarding the title of "Honorary Citizen of the City of Kara-Kul" to B. Mamatayeva, A. Kydyraliev, A. Bazarkulov, and A. Khudayberdiev;

- establishment of a procedure for reserving places in cemeteries and a standard contract;

- development of rules for rewarding athletes for their achievements in the Olympics and other championships;

- transfer of a land plot with an area of 1000.62 square meters in the Ketmen-Tobo rural district and 50.28 square meters on M. Sabirov Street in Kara-Kul to the jurisdiction of the Internal Affairs Department (GOVD).

All issues were unanimously supported by the deputies, and the corresponding decisions were made.
