According to information published in the Telegram channel by Sergey Tselikov, the director of the agency "Autostat," by 2025, every second Toyota sold in Russia will come through Kyrgyzstan.

The import of cars has increased by 12% compared to 2024. The majority of new vehicles were assembled in China, while used cars mainly came from Japan.

A total of 127.8 thousand Toyota cars were delivered to the Russian market over the year. Of this number, 30.3 thousand were new cars, which is 40% more than the previous year. The remaining 97.5 thousand were used cars, which also indicates a 6% increase year-on-year.

More than 80% of new cars came from China. However, among used cars, only 13.3% were assembled in the PRC, while 83.5% had Japanese origins.

Almost half of the new cars (49.8%) were imported through Kyrgyzstan, while 33.8% of the supplies came directly from China. A small number of cars also arrived from Japan and other countries, such as Belarus and Georgia.
