Within this plan, four key areas have been identified: industrial development, the creation of a regional hub, support for agriculture, and tourism development, as well as a focus on green energy.
In the area of industrialization, the government aims to double the volume of industrial production in the country by 2030 and to establish at least five technoparks in various regions.
As for agriculture, there are plans to increase agricultural production by 30% and to double the volume of processing. Green energy will play a central role in the implementation of all activities outlined in the plan.
Additionally, personal responsibility is stipulated for the heads of state institutions, authorized representatives of the president in the regions, and heads of local self-government.
