In Kyrgyzstan, 43 projects have been implemented with the support of the Japanese agency JICA

In Bishkek, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, and Yoshifumi Yoshikawa, Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

According to the government press service, the meeting discussed projects that have been implemented in Kyrgyzstan with the support of JICA. It was noted that many long-term initiatives have significantly contributed to improving the living standards of citizens.

Among the successful examples of cooperation were mentioned projects such as "One Village - One Product" and the Japanese Government Scholarship Program (JDS).

The meeting also addressed issues related to the implementation of projects involving grant and technical assistance in the fields of transport, healthcare, energy, and human resource development.

It is worth noting that 43 projects have been implemented in Kyrgyzstan with the support of JICA, and this year marks the 25th anniversary of the agency's representation opening in the capital.
