"30+20+10" opens new horizons for fruit processing in Kyrgyzstan

The "30+20+10" initiative from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing emphasizes the development of the processing sector, which serves as a link between local farmers and global markets. As part of this project, employees of the Department of Processing and Organic Agriculture visited LLC "Noigut and Co" — a company aimed at becoming a leader in the drying and deep processing of fruits and berries in the region.

Currently, the plant is at a key stage of its development: the construction of a new production facility has been completed, with an area exceeding 400 square meters. The company has 8 years of successful experience in processing prunes, apricots, apples, and berries. Its products are already in demand in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and the EAEU countries, but the new capacities will allow the enterprise to enter the markets of Europe and the Middle East.

To fully modernize and launch a new production cycle, high-tech equipment from China has been chosen. However, an investment of 30 million soms is required to complete all stages. It is expected that with state support, the project will not only finish equipping but also implement the international safety standard HACCP, which will be a significant advantage for Kyrgyz dried fruits in European markets.

The "30+20+10" initiative continues its work aimed at creating a competitive and sustainable industry, which will help local enterprises become strong players on the international stage.
